At From Al & Deb, we are committed to providing you with high-quality digital art downloads. Our download policy ensures that you can access your purchased artwork seamlessly. If you encounter any issues with your downloads, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
We encourage our customers to read through our policy to understand the process of accessing purchased digital art. Our goal is to provide a smooth experience, letting you enjoy your art without any hassle.

Refund Policy

We take pride in our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your digital art purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within a specified period after your purchase. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information on eligibility and the steps to initiate a refund.
Our refund policy aims to ensure transparency and fairness, helping you feel confident in your purchase decisions at From Al & Deb.

Original Artwork & Prints

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our artworks, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged, or
You receive the incorrect item

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Mailout Subscriptions

Our subscription products are curated and shipped on a scheduled basis. As such:

All subscription sales are final once dispatched
We do not offer refunds for missed deliveries due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

You may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the next dispatch date.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services    

  • Lost items once marked as delivered

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in lodging an inquiry with the shipping provider.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
